For this reason, refunds are not automatically guaranteed once a project has started.
Our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and protective for both the client and our design team.
When Refunds Are Not Applicable
Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
1️⃣ Completed Design Work
If the custom streaming graphics, overlays, branding package, or any other design service has already been completed and delivered, refunds will not be issued.
2️⃣ Client Inactivity or Disappearance
If a client becomes unresponsive for an extended period after the project has started, the project may be considered inactive. In such cases, refunds will not be applicable due to reserved time and resources allocated to the project.
3️⃣ Final Approval Given
If a client approves the final design and later changes their mind — for example, requesting a completely new theme, different concept, or major rebranding — this will be treated as a new project and not as a refund case.
Because all stream graphics and branding designs are custom-made, significant concept changes after approval cannot be refunded.

Our team will carefully review the situation and respond within 2–3 working days. Each case is evaluated fairly and individually.
